Rosie Ward
Senior Transport Planner
Rosie is originally from Devon and moved up to Leeds in 2015 to study MSc Transport Planning at the University of Leeds. After completing her masters, she started working for an international consultancy where she worked in both the private and public transport sector teams on a variety of large scale projects. Rosie gained experience in preparing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Stakeholder Engagement.
Since joining AMA, Rosie has developed a thorough understanding of the planning process and has taken a keen interest in Travel Planning, including the preparation of Interim / Framework Travel Plans, Full Travel Plans, Travel Information Packs, Travel Behaviour Surveys, Annual Monitoring Reports and is also the lead travel plan co-ordinator on a number of sites across the UK.
Outside of work, Rosie is involved in a number of roles including being Chair for the Yorkshire Forum for Tomorrow (FFT) committee, Communication Secretary for the Yorkshire CIHT Emerging Professionals committee, and being a Mentor for the University of Leeds.
When not at work, Rosie enjoys trips to the Yorkshire Dales for long walks and is always planning another backpacking holiday.
