We prepare applications for both temporary and permanent stopping-up orders. We manage the process on behalf of our clients from the point of application, through the consultation period with the Department for Transport and deal with any objections to facilitate the making and implementation of the order. We are experienced in obtaining and managing clients’ requirements to obtain suitable consents for temporary and permanent diversions or stopping up of Public Rights of Way as part of development proposals.
