"AMA provides us with highways advice on numerous successful applications. We find him technically astute, yet more importantly personable which is key to obtaining the approval of various local authority officers and buy in from the local communities we work within. He has an ability to deliver schemes without onerous highway conditions that are immediately deliverable and are imperative to our business model."
Bellway Homes Yorkshire
"We have appointed AMA for many years on a wealth of successful planning applications including residential, commercial, industrial, leisure and sui-generis schemes. He has an ability to reach agreement with highways officers on even the most complex of schemes which is imperative to our success and our ability to sell implementable schemes quickly to the market.
KeyLand Developments
“AMA provides us with highways advice on numerous successful food and non-food retail schemes across the north, ranging from a couple of units to sizable retail parks. We like his ability to provide us with straight forward and condensed advice in plain English on even the most complex of highways issues leaving us to make commercial decisions."
Opus Land
"AMA was instrumental in obtaining highways officer agreement and subsequent planning approval on Sherburn 2, allowing us to deliver up to 1.25 million square feet of industrial and commercial uses for a range of occupiers."
Glentrool
"I’ve worked directly with AMA for a number of years and he has repeatedly provided us with highways advice on both single sites and strategic allocations relating to planning applications and appeals across the region where other highways consultants have struggled to find solutions. We particularly appreciate his honest (and often f rank!) advice on the feasibility of sites upon which we often formulate our investment decisions and site".
