Project Overview
Following the preparation of a Full Travel plan for a 73 dwelling residential development at Moor Lane, Branston for Lovell Homes, AMA were appointed to act as Travel Plan Co-Ordinator (TPC).
The commission is for the five year monitoring period as required by Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) Highways, with AMA already providing the first annual progress report 12 months after implementation (2020) of the FTP which received praise from LCC Highways due to AMA and Lovells pro-active approach.
AMA continue to act as TPC on this site for Lovell and various other sites for a range of clients.
Key Inputs / Outcomes
- Preparation of a Travel Information Pack (A5 pocket size) for new residents which seeks to maximise the use of sustainable modes of transport, including incentives for doing such.
- Modal split targets were determined post initial survey and the site is progressing towards achieving these, further reducing reliance on private car journeys.
- AMA also agreed a bespoke COVID-19 survey (2020) with LCC Highways to determine any anomalies / travel patterns in a unique period of time.
