Project Overview
AMA assisted Taylor Wimpey with the reserved matters application for a large residential site, preparing a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan and developer contributions package to mitigate the site's impact on the National Highways Network. This RM application followed on from a 1,200 unit outline application AMA also prepared for Wynyard Park Limited.
