Project Overview
AMA prepared a TS and TP for this redevelopment of former offices to new PRS residential and commercial floorspace in central Bournemouth. The site was constrained with adjacent cycleway improvements, therefore key to the success of the application was the agreement of suitable on-site delivery / servicing of the apartment development.
