Given the constraints, AMA worked closely with Leeds City Council officers to develop and agree a bespoke student movement strategy, focused on managing
peak arrival and departure periods at the start and end of each academic term.
To mitigate the lack of on-site facilities, AMA successfully negotiated a package of off-site developer contributions, ensuring appropriate support for sustainable
travel and wider public realm improvements.
