AMA are working with Arlington Real Estate and Homes England to submit a planning application for in excess of 1,000,000sqft of commercial space and enhanced ecological landscaping on a long-standing vacant site north of Cramlington. AMA are providing all highways services working with consultees National Highways and Northumberland County Council.
